A delegation of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, China's top political advisory body, left Beijing Sunday afternoon for good-will visits to Romania and Ukraine.

The delegation, invited by the Romanian senate and Ukraine's Supreme Council (the country's parliament), is led by CPPCC National Committee Vice Chairman Wang Gang.

After visits to Romania and Ukraine, Wang, also Chairman of the China Economic and Social Council, will head to Hungary to attend the 11th plenary session of the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions.
